The Jen-Ken Vertical Air Bath delivers unparalleled heat distribution as blades are suspended vertically inside the chamber delivering 360°of uniform heat! This unique top-loading design with upright blade suspension helps reduce internal stress and prevents warps.
The refractory brick chamber of the Jen-Ken Vertical Air Bath is heated from above and below the specially designed baffle with coils in both the body and lid allowing it to heat to 1500F in about 60 minutes! This dual heating combination is also ideal as it provides quicker interior heat recovery. As you open the lid, the standard power-interrupt switch automatically de-energizes the coils allowing you to safely reach in to remove your blades. Plus, the configurable baffle design and large chamber allow blades of all shapes and sizes to process together!
