Purchase Orders

A purchase order serves as a legal record of commitment to purchase the outlined items stated in the order.

Kiln Frog, LLC. accepts purchase orders from schools, colleges, universities or corporations that have approved credit arrangements or accepted Dun & Bradstreet ratings. If your PO is accepted with credit terms an invoice will be issued by the seller after the goods or services are delivered.

A PO must have the following key information:

  • The specific products being ordered.
  • The quantity of each item.
  • The agreed-upon price per unit.
  • Payment terms (when and how the buyer will pay).
  • Details like delivery schedules or specific requirements.

It's important to pay extra attention to product specifications as returns or cancellations resulting from incorrect information may be subject to additional freight charges and potential restocking fees of 25-50% dependent on the manufacturers guidelines.

Your PO may be accepted with or without payment terms based on several factors including but not limited to; credit worthiness, repeat customer status, size or the order, etc.

When your Purchase Order is "accepted" it means that Kiln Frog, LLC. acknowledges and confirms its acceptance of the terms (price, quantity, payment terms, etc.) thus creating a contract between the two parties. After the purchase order has been accepted, Kiln Frog, LLC. will send an invoice so it can be paid according to its payment terms (e.g. net 30).

Business, institutional, and industrial buyers can submit our QUOTE SPECIFICATION WORKSHEET to begin the PO process. Or, you can email your purchase order directly to our sales team at customerservice@kilnfrog.com
