It's exactly what I expected... easy to use and love the color... just need a little touch up paint for a few rubbed spots I guess from the straps on the crate it was shipped in. Received my kiln and furniture within the expected time. Coordinating with the shipping company was fantastic.
Programming the controller was mostly intuitive but I did search u tube for adding segments... very simple to add custom programs and the novice programs will work for most projects.

I love my new kiln. I do small mild steel sheet metal sculptures. The steel gets hardened from the shaping and forming. I use the kiln to fully anneal the steel so that it is soft and formable again. Easy to use, easy to program, gets to 1550 F in less than an hour. Cools slowly which is perfect for my use. Future use is for heat treating chasing and repousse tools.
