Some hiccups

Overall I’m really pleased with my experience and love my new kiln (Paragon GL24). There were some items that I ordered that were left off but this was Paragon’s mistakes not kilnfrog. I contacted kiln frog and they were very responsive (thanks Paul:) ). In the end all items arrived.The kiln is great!! It was a little nail biting ordering this large ($$) kiln. Read all the details on emails and the sites so you will be ready for the delivery of your big beautiful Kiln! Go ahead, order it! Life is short and you deserve it!
