Palmgren's 2" x 72" Dual Station Variable Speed Belt Grinder enhances productivity by combining grinding and finishing in a single machine. With dual belt heads, it offers maximum flexibility for various tasks, including platen grinding, contact wheel grinding, and slack back grinding. This machine excels in everything from roughing and intermediate grinding to blending, finishing, and polishing.
The grinder features a single-handle quick-release system for tool-free belt changes in seconds, while the belt arms tilt from 0-90° for seamless transitions between applications. The variable speed drive system allows adjustments between 2,355-6,280 SFPM, ensuring the perfect belt speed for any task.
