This is our recommended flux resistant lining for wool forges or forge floors.
I use Plistix 900 to coat my entire inner forge, from coating hard and soft forge bricks.
Normally one bag will coat a average sized two burner forge, I used a lot more than that. Four bags provides a ostrich egg type of harness, immune to flux, and the extra thick layer doesn't easily wear off from hard whacks with the tongs, work stick or billets. I used to use ITC's coating, but Plistix is a lot cheaper and the durability is similar.
