Shipping and Delivery

All of our kiln prices are quoted at the 100 % DELIVERED PRICE! That means... no need for a freight quote or to be surprised with hidden residential / lift-gate charges as our prices include all shipping charges within the contiguous United States... UPS and motor freight! So, what you see is what you pay! We ship via UPS ground unless otherwise instructed.  Most orders, except kilns, will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt.  We must have a street address (no PO boxes) for UPS delivery. 

 

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

All merchandise is closely inspected prior to shipping.  Damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier.

  • UPS: If you notice any damage to the exterior of the packaging, note this on the delivery receipt.  Save all packaging materials and damaged product.  Contact us immediately. We will file a claim with UPS on your behalf and will replace damaged materials.
  • Motor Freight: Inspect all shipment immediately upon receipt. If you notice any external danmage to the packaging, do not sign the delivery receipt until you have inspected the goods.  If you discover damage upon unpacking the shipment, indicate it on the carrier's delivery receipt, file a claim with the carrier and notify us.

 

RETURNS

  • Returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking charge.
  • Before returning merchandise, YOU MUST call us for authorization and instructions as we will need to obtain a "Return Goods Authorization" from the manufacturer.
  • No cash refunds.
